Making A Purchase Making a purchase from Essentially Natural (www.e-nat.co.uk) could not be easier.

Just browse our online shop, click on any item that you wish to buy and add it to the shopping cart.

You will then be asked to enter the Quantity (set by default at 1).

If you change the quantity of an item, please press the Update button to make the changes. Then go to the Checkout and complete the necessary payment and delivery details.

You can even Save your selection for later if you don't want to complete the order now. When you return, press the Retrieve button from the shopping cart and you can continue shopping where you left off.

Finally, you can put items in a Favourites or 'wish list' so that you can buy then later if you decide to - they are not added to the shopping cart, just to a list of items you would like to keep ready for you if you ever need them.

Please note the following: Our automated credit card payment at present processes your full order, but we will inform you if any items are out of stock. At this stage you have the option of placing them on Back Order or having a refund on the out-of-stock items.

If you do not wish to pay by credit card online, you can pay over the phone, by FAX, or send your credit details through the mail, or, if you wish, you can pay by cheque. You can also pay through PayPal if you have an account with them.

You can pay by invoice only by prior agreement with us.

(We do not advise sending details of your credit card by email as this may not be encrypted by your mail server).

Shipping And Handling We make a small shipping charge for all orders dependent on weight.

Soap Club members, however, receive shipping within the UK free.

For UK orders, shipping is normally by first class post with delivery expected within 1-2 days after shipping.

Orders to the EU: orders are charged at checkout at a slightly higher rate.

For all other overseas orders, proceed with the order until you have confirmed the shipping charge and paid any excess shipping charges.

If you wish to make other shipping arrangements, please contact us for details.

Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, normally within 3-5 business days. International orders are generally despatched in 7-10 days.

(Please be aware that large or wholesale orders will need more time to process).

Note also that we only carry very small amounts of our cosmetic items as we prefer to make them up fresh when ordered. It may take a week for your order to reach you on these items.

If an item is out of stock, or if there are likely to be delays for any reason we will, of course, let you know.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, the out-of-stock items will be put on Back Order for you. As soon as they become available again they will be shipped to you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel the out-of-stock items from your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security When you order by credit card online, you are transferred to a SSL secure server, so you need have no concerns about your details being seen by others.

Credit card numbers are encrypted in our software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site so cannot be seen by others.

Guarantee At Essentially Natural (www.e-nat.co.uk) we guarantee your total satisfaction with our products. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee, but goods must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Please contact us before returning goods so we can issue you with a returns tracking number. We advise sending by recorded delivery. Please be aware that all our soaps are handmade and that no two will look exactly alike - this is the charm of buying handmade rather than mass-produced goods. There will be some variation within a batch of soap, so even if you buy ten at one time the colour and texture may vary slightly. This is normal and part of the process of producing handmade products (Glycerine Soaps are much more consistent as they have colour dyes added to them). We endeavour to give as accurate a description as possible and our photos and images will help you choose which products to buy. There will, however, be some variations in the finished products, and pictures should be used as a guide only. We do try to update our photos and images to reflect changes as soon as we can. Also, please note that there may be changes in the colour of wrapping papers used dependent on our stocks. For the most part, we use mulberry tissue papers and these can vary slightly from one batch to another.

Cookies are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you have statutory rights to return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us either by email or telephone as soon as you are aware of the problem so we can give you a returns tracking number. We would advise you to return goods via recorded delivery to ensure we receive your returns and to cover against accidental loss in transit.

Remittance Terms If paying by invoice, please pay within 30 days of receipt of invoice. This helps our cash flow and will benefit all of us.
